Maximum Value & Total Food Security

The Half Beef Share is our best value option, designed for families who want to lock in their food supply for the year. By purchasing a half share, you get the widest variety of cuts—including all the premium steaks, roasts, and specialty cuts—at our lowest price point per pound.

Every cut is vacuum-sealed, labeled, and dated by our expert butchers. This professional packaging ensures a 2–3 year shelf life and provides a clean, mess-free experience when thawing.

  • Storage Space: Requires a 12 to 15 cubic foot chest or upright freezer.

  • Yield: Expect approximately 60–65% of the hanging weight in finished, take-home cuts.

How It Works

  1. Reserve Your Share: Secure your half beef with a $500 non-refundable deposit.

  2. Customized to Your Kitchen: We will email you a Cut Sheet and provide a personal consultation to help you customize your steaks, roasts, and grind preferences.

  3. Professional Oversight: We manage the entire process with the butcher, including the dry-aging and packaging, to ensure our high standards are met.

  4. Pickup or Delivery: Once your beef is ready, we’ll coordinate a pickup at our farm or schedule a local delivery to your door.

  • Full Customization: Unlike the smaller boxes, a Half Share allows you to choose exactly how your steaks are cut and which roasts you prefer.

  • Price Protection: Lock in your beef price for the entire year and bypass grocery store inflation.

  • Farm-to-Table: Know exactly where your food comes from and how it was raised.
