Refund policy

Refunds & Returns

Due to our products being perishable, we are not able to accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied with product, please contact info@primobeefco.com within seven (7) days of receipt. We will happily review the reported issues and offer you an appropriate resolution. If we cannot physically inspect the affected Product, we may ask that you provide photos of the Product and the reported damage/issue.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
