The Primo 40 is a 1/8th share of beef. It comes with a good assortment of standard cuts. It will fit in most standard above-fridge freezer with about 1.75 cubic feet of space. Boxes dimensions are 18 x 14 x 10 inches. It will feed a small family for several months. Everything is vacuum sealed, labeled, and dated. The box includes the following:
- 16 Pounds Ground Beef
- 4 Packs (1lb each) Burger Patties
- 8 to 12 Pounds Assorted Steaks (Tenderloin, New York, Ribeye, Sirloin, Skirt, or Flank)
- 2 Pounds Stew Meat
- 2 to 4 - 3 Pound Roast (Chuck, Cross-rib, Sirloin Tip, Rump, or Short Ribs)
There might be a slight variation per box depending on what cuts are available, but each box will have a minimum of 40 pounds.
Delivery
We offer local shipping for Cowlitz, Clark Counties, and Portland Metro Area. Delivery is a $1.50 per mile up to 50 miles. All deliveries will arrive within 7 days. Local pick-ups can also be scheduled by appointment or at the Woodland Corner Store. Boxes have an insulated box liner, so if you are not home, the meat will be okay for several hours on your front porch. Customers are responsible for ensuring products are refrigerated/frozen once delivered.
