What Makes This Pack Special
The Ribeyes & NY Strips: Thick-cut at 1 inch for a rich, robust beef flavor and a perfect crust on a cast-iron or hot grill.
The Tenderloins: Delicate and buttery — the most tender cut on the animal, melts in your mouth.
The Tri-Tip: A prized, triangular cut from the bottom sirloin with rich flavor and a magnificent steak-like grain. Only two per animal.
How to Cook the Steaks: Grass-fed steaks cook faster — sear on high heat, pull 5–10°F earlier than usual, rest 5–10 minutes before carving.
How to Cook the Tri-Tip: Sear on high heat, then finish at 325°F to 130°F internal for medium-rare. Always slice against the grain.
