  • Flavor & Education: This pack highlights the crown jewels of beef. The thick-cut Ribeyes and New York Strips deliver a rich, robust beef flavor, while the Tenderloin offers a delicate, buttery texture that melts in your mouth. Balancing these portioned steaks is the Tri-Tip—a highly prized, triangular muscle from the bottom sirloin known for its rich flavor and magnificent "steak-like" grain.

  • How to Cook:
    • The Steaks (Ribeye, NY Strip, Tenderloin): Because 100% grass-fed steaks are leaner, they cook faster than grain-fed alternatives. We recommend a high-heat sear in a cast-iron skillet or on a hot grill to develop a beautiful crust, but pull them off the heat about 5–10 degrees earlier than usual to maintain peak juiciness. Let them rest for 5–10 minutes before carving.

    • The Tri-Tip: Sear the exterior on high heat to develop a deep crust, then finish roasting indirectly on the grill or in the oven at 325°F until the internal temperature reaches 130°F for a perfect medium-rare. The Secret: Always slice this cut against the grain to ensure the lean, grass-fed fibers remain exceptionally tender and easy to eat.
